Our Team

A friendly atmosphere is created, based on warm and caring relationships between our nursery staff and children. It is important that all of our staff are positive role models who encourage good manners, kind social skills and are genuinely caring and considerate to others.

Our team have been and will continue to be carefully selected for their caring personalities and passion to care for and teach children. Each new member of staff undertakes a probationary period in which they are closely mentored. This enables us to ensure they have the right qualities and that we keep the highest standards possible.

All staff have DBS Enhanced Police Checks, and undergo a rigid recruitment procedure. All staff receives ongoing safeguarding, first aid, food hygiene and health and safety training, along with ongoing supervision reviews to discuss personal and professional development. We continuously strive to sustain a highly professional team with excellent knowledge and understanding of child development and how children learn.
