Key Person

Every child has a “Key Person” (a member of staff). This key person has the special responsibility in supporting you, your child and family.

Your Key Person will offer professional love ensuring your child feels valued and secure.Your Key Person will support your child in strengthening and deepening their current learning and development. This is achieved by playing alongside, listening, observing and really getting to know your child well. Not only to make sure their care needs are met, but to really understand and value their individual interests, how they learn, their patterns of play and their stage of development. We use this information to tailor activities that will inspire and challenge their learning, making sure all children are motivated to want to explore and are given every opportunity to reach their full potential.
